Fake Gallery

The following images are example of Fake Anti-Virus that taken from Microsoft Malware Protection Center. These are only some of them not all. But note that if you see any of these symbols in your PC, it means that you are ALREADY INFECTED BY FAKE ANTI-VIRUS. Some of these might be similar to legal Anti-Malware and Anti-Virus Software such as Windows Defender or McAfee but they are not. Take a look at my preview post about Fake Anti-Virus , I explain how to determine that Anti-Virus is fake or not. You could do Full or Quick scan by safety scanner to determine you are infected or not and remove these. Note that if you try to access the safety website: http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm and your access has been block, it means that you are already infected, then you could do following steps to remove the thread:

1)      Find PC that is not infected or ask your friend to do this.

2)      log on to MSRT

3)      Download the tool in an external memory such as flash memory or external hard disk or email it. (In scenario of infection email is not a good option).

4)      run the tool as full scan

5)      Remove all risks and then try safety scanner again.
